Trained from four different leading schools of Yoga, she combines the best of all learnings and shares her understanding from her personal, regular Yoga sadhana. Trained under series of courses under the Vipassana Meditation, as taught by S.N. Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin, her learning of "vipassana" deepens her understanding in yogic practices and inner experiences. Through her deep devotion and dedication towards Karma Yoga , Bhakti Yoga, Gyan Yoga, years of practice of Ashtanga Yoga and Dhyan, and her one pointlessness to become a "Yogi' , she experienced " Awakening of her Kundalini shakti ', " Bliss' and "Oneness' since 2012. This changed her life and she dedicated herself fully towards reaching more and more people to create awareness towards the over all benefit of Yogic practices to create a healthy body, mind and spiritual advancements. She also guides Yog sadhaks who wish to awaken their Kundalini Shankti.
Her Yoga sessions have helped patients suffering with anxiety, arthritis, asthma, hypertension, poor appetite, sciatica, sleep apnea, stress, chronic headaches, migraine, sleep disorders and anger management. She has taken special classes for pre-natal women, hyperactive kids struggling to concentrate and for students with lack of concentration and low confidence levels.
She was part of the Mind-body cognition project by Dr Varsha Singh, the initial findings of which were positive. 12 yogasanas and pranayama were carefully chosen to improve peace. Higher body-regulation in yoga posture was found to be associated with reduced reaction time in impulse-control, reflecting improved cognitive control. The results of the study would be the first to report on the effect of yogic postures and focused breathing in improving pulse control and lowering impulsive reactions.
She was part of the Spicmacay Team in IIT Kharagpur during the convention in 2018 and was invited to teach all the first year students Yoga during the induction programme. She has been regularly teaching students as part of workshop in VIRASAT.

Student's feedback:
[Hard copies available and can be shown on request]
Yoga sessions helped me to recover from my chronic back pain. Presently I do not have any back pain. Moreover, I was getting obese due to any physical exercise. One of the best change I noticed was improvement in body posture and shape. A routine of 12 Surya Namaskars +1 extended one in the class is elemental in bringing the body back in shape. The set targets whole body and blood flow increases. As a result I felt more confident about body as well as I started feeling fresh.
The process of orienting a new joinee is one thing I liked most. Initially the person is not used to any physical activity. The Instructor (Ms. Haimanti) gives no pressure on amount of asanas/paranayams to be done initially. Individual stamina and body conditions are taken care of.
Moreover, If someone is suffering from any ailment then, Yogic postures and pranayams specific to the ailment are also discussed.

- Mental focus: Highly improved my ability to focus on work and then De-focus as well.
- Physical health: Now I can feel the freeness in my body. I can feel even a small misfunctioning in any part of my body; can understand the cause of it, and thus self-treat it with a suitable Asana. Doing Anulom-Vilom properly and for sufficient time, has even prevented fever many times !!
- Emotional stability: Being emotional in nature, even small mishappenings would affect me a lot, and thus I used to get distracted easily. Yog has helped me in accepting the REALITY as is, and being firm, even in hard times.
- Stress: Pranayama very efficiently eliminates out all the mental stress.
