The tentative break up and timings would be as follows:
Loosening exercises 20 minutes
Instant Relaxation technique 2 minutes
Surya Namaskar 25 minutes
Vedic quick relaxation: 3 minutes
Asanas 20 minutes
Pranayam 20 minutes
Nada Yoga and Mantra Yoga: 10 minutes
